La façon la plus rapide d'obtenir un autre article est de retourner celui que vous avez, puis de passer une nouvelle commande une fois le retour accepté.
Conformément à la réglementation européenne, si votre commande est livrée dans l’Union Européenne, vous avez le droit d’annuler ou de retourner votre commande dans un délai de 14 jours, sans justification.
Les conditions de retour restent les mêmes : l’article doit être non utilisé, avec ses étiquettes et dans son emballage d’origine, avec une preuve d’achat.
Une fois votre retour reçu et inspecté, nous vous informerons de l’approbation ou du refus du remboursement.
Si votre retour est approuvé :
Le remboursement sera effectué automatiquement sur le mode de paiement original dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrés.
Le traitement par votre banque ou votre carte de crédit peut prendre quelques jours supplémentaires.
